Mark A. Wilson

For the past seven years, Mr. Wilson has been dedicated to providing high quality patent prosecution services to established and early-stage companies. To this end, Mr. Wilson has drafted over 150 patent applications in technologies which include software, computers, optical devices, optical systems, semiconductor processing and circuits. Mr. Wilson has developed a broad range of knowledge in computer networking technologies including LANs, MANs, WANs, routing, switching, IP, Ethernet, and ATM.

Mr. Wilson has extensive experience working with small and/or early-stage companies which have no internal resources/infrastructure that is dedicated to intellectual property matters. In this role, Mr. Wilson has been instrumental in developing patent programs, which protect the intellectual property positions for these companies and build stakeholder value.

Mr. Wilson is a member of the California State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Wilson received a B.S. in Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a J.D. from Santa Clara University, School of Law. Mr. Wilson has previously worked in the semiconductor industry for VLSI Technology, Inc. (acquired by Phillips Electronics, AG) in San Jose, California.
