Mr. Thomas H. Ham specializes in obtaining patents on complex inventions, including inventions relating to software, computers, optical devices, semiconductor devices, semiconductor processing and circuits.

Mr. Ham has had the privilege of working with well-known companies, such as Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, Sony Electronics and Agilent, as well as start-up companies, on patent prosecution matters.

Mr. Ham is a member of the California State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Ham received a BS in Physics (magna cum laude) from North Carolina State University in Raleigh and a JD from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California.
